ZIM is one of the largest container-shipping companies in the world and the flagship of Israeli shipping. Zim offers international cargo services along almost all the major international trading routes to customers throughout the world. Gold Star Line Ltd., was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1958. It was one of the founding member of the Far East West Africa Conference (FEWAC). Gold Star pioneered the introduction of containerized trans-national cargo service to trade on the African continent.
